Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
∎ Support in maintaining the recruitment recordsAssist publishing ToR for consultants and new job advertisement to Bdjobs and other social platforms.
∎ Assist in preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
∎ Collect and verify required documents for new hires.
∎ Support in organizing and facilitating onboarding sessions for new employees.
∎ Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure a smooth induction process.
∎ Assist in processing resignations and clearance formalities.
∎ Ensure proper documentation for departing employees.
∎ Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities.
∎ Support in internal and external Audit queries.
∎ The Purpose of the role is to provide support P&C activities in Bangladesh on planning and delivery of our people and culture enabling objective, ensuring alignment to our global/regional approach and supporting management in strengthening our investment in people.
∎ The scope of this role is to get an overall idea of people & culture unit for someone who is just graduated and keen to learn the different dimension of Human Resource department from the beginning of recruitment to onboarding, Documentation, Exit procedure, Employee engagement planning and other aspect as well.
∎ The key working relationship is with all internal functions to ensure effective and collaborative culture. S/he will work with all staff in Bangladesh, Finance Team, P&C Manager, Senior People & Culture officer GSS Team, IT team, PDU team, Communication team and concerned PAC Team.
