∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To analyze & work on each department's Productivity.
∎ To analyze the unit's functioning Efficiency.
∎ To work on product Quality _
∎ Inspection Pass & Fail Ratio.
∎ Impact assessment of reducing quality failure.
∎ Order vs complaints ratio.
∎ Internal quality failure ratio.
∎ To work on Cost minimization.
∎ Analyzing Cost of Manufacturing.
∎ Analyzing Cost per Machine per Month.
∎ Analyzing Cost of Quality.
∎ To analyze & work on Delivery & FG reports.
∎ Analysis 'On Time in Full (OTIF)' reports.
∎ To analyze store & purchase reports.
∎ To analyze plant performance data & make PRM (Performance Review Meeting) report.
∎ To maintain plant each department's MIS (Management Information System) reports.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ready to work at Factory in Gazipur Area.
∎ Candidates from the Gazipur zone will get a preference.
∎ Should have advanced knowledge on MS Excel.
∎ The candidate should have good command in English.
∎ Good communication skill is a must.
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ Knowing Hindi will be an additional advantage.
