Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying or similar field (Educational Qualification Relaxable).
∎ Experienced and skilled applicants will be given preference.
∎ BTEB NTVQF Level-1/ Level-2/ Level-3/ Level-4 (Assessor Part)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development of land survey techniques.
∎ Conduct land survey on various properties.
∎ Reading and interpreting drawings and topographic maps.
∎ Measuring distances and angles on the ground surface.
∎ Using the necessary land surveying equipment.
∎ Draw a rough sketch of the land.
∎ Read maps and make notes as per requirement.
∎ Reporting legal land details for survey.
∎ Calculating site measurements of land.
∎ Verifying calculations and analysing data.
∎ Maintenance of survey equipment.
∎ Preparing reports on survey results
∎ Advising on technical aspects.
∎ Research the legal boundaries of the site.
∎ Collaborate with team members.
∎ Guiding new employees when needed.
∎ Following all legal procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Proven work experience working as Land Surveyor or similar post.
∎ A valid surveyor's license is required.
∎ Ability to understand and interpret written documents.
∎ Excellent understanding and knowledge of GPS and GIS.
∎ Ability to make quick decisions.
∎ Demonstrate good time management skills.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent math and analytical skills.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to explain terminology and results to team members.
∎ Ability to solve complex problems.
∎ Ability to work outside and travel as needed.
