∎ B.Sc./Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a `to go` and a passionate team member who is competent to provide result-driven training among the affected people in the Payra Port project area.
∎ Work Location: Kalapara, Patuakhali District.
∎ Reporting To: Deputy Team Leader
∎ Department: Training
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide effective training among affected people in the project area.
∎ To provide training by using innovative methods among heterogeneous group.
∎ To develop course outlines, instruction guidelines, and handouts for the participants.
∎ To have sufficient knowledge of electrical controlling and house wiring.
∎ To instruct in a good manner that develops participants' confidence in their abilities.
∎ To Design, inspect, test, and update electrical systems, components, and equipment.
∎ To evaluate training by using practical tools and make participants capable for work practically.
∎ To ensure the safety of the participants.
∎ To act as in-process inspector as and when required.
∎ To visit field frequently at the door-step of the participants.
∎ To write training completion report and to maintain documentation properly.
∎ To perform any other activities as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ A good command in correct Bengali.
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience on relevant field.
∎ Willingness to stay in remote area.
∎ Reasonably good in computer literature.
∎ 3 months (Contract may be extend depend on availability of fund).
Salary: Negotiable
