Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Providing specialized training for women call center agents.
∎ Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on various topics.
∎ Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to participants.
∎ Training employees on the use of customer relationship management (CRM) software, live chat platforms, and other technology tools.
∎ Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
∎ Generating reports and analytics to track training effectiveness, and student development progress.
∎ Assessing trainees' performance through simulations, role-plays, and real-life scenarios to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback for skill enhancement.
∎ Previous experience as a contact center trainer, preferably in a call center environment.
∎ Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
∎ Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
∎ Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.
∎ Proficiency in using training software and tools.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

∎ 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Both positions require a minimum of Graduation in any discipline from any UGC-approved, reputed institution.

∎ 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:The positions require a minimum of 2 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲, and a proven track record of leadership and management. The ideal candidates will also possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
