Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Summary:
∎ Product Training:Conduct comprehensive training programs on mobile devices features, specifications and technologies for internal sales teams and external partners.Ensure trainees are well-versed in the product lineup, including new product launches, software updates and technical capabilities.
∎ Sales & Soft Skills Training:Train sales and retail team on effective selling techniques, customer engagement, and objection handling to enhance the overall customer experience.Equip participants with soft skills such as communication, negotiation and conflict resolution to improve their sales performance.
∎ Conduct Training:Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops and seminars for teams, distributors and retailers.Utilize a variety of training/teaching methods (presentations, role-playing, interactive sessions, etc.) to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
∎ Training Materials Development:Create and update training materials, including manuals, product guides, presentations and e-learning modules to ensure they are relevant and aligned with product launches and market trends.Customize training content to suit different audiences, such as technical teams, retail teams and sales personnel.
∎ Assessment & Feedback:Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and practical demonstrations.Provide regular feedback to participants and track their progress, identifying areas for improvement and additional training needs.
∎ Market & Product Knowledge:Stay updated on the latest mobile phone/device technologies, market trends, and competitor products to ensure training content remains current and competitive.Regularly communicate with product development and marketing teams to understand product roadmaps and ensure alignment in training.
∎ Reporting & Documentation:Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and trainee performance.Prepare and submit regular reports on training activities, outcomes, and areas of improvement. Pre & Post training assessments after each training.
