∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ 1. Trainer must be NSDA certified.
∎ 2. Previous experience as a contact center trainer, preferably in a call center environment.
∎ 3. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
∎ 4. Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
∎ 5. Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.
∎ 6. Proficiency in using training software and tools.
∎ 7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Providing specialized training for women call center agents.
∎ 2. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on various topics.
∎ 3. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to participants.
∎ 4. Training employees on the use of customer relationship management (CRM) software, live chat platforms, and other technology tools.
∎ 5. Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
∎ 6. Generating reports and analytics to track training effectiveness, and student development progress.
∎ 7. Assessing trainees' performance through simulations, role-plays, and real-life scenarios to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback for skill enhancement.
