∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 3 years experience in Training;
∎ Receiving TOT and module/ material development is desired;
∎ Working experience in Microfinance sector and understanding of PKSF and MRA rules is preferred;
∎ Have understanding and sensitivity to Gender, Child protection, PSEAH etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop the training modules and ensure the applicability and relevance of the training modules to accommodate the needs of organization;
∎ Organize training for newly recruited staff and implement on the job training with existing staff;
∎ Facilitate the training sessions, workshop, group meeting at TCs as well as field level and manage feedback sessions to ensure continuous improvements of the training sessions and facilitation process;
∎ Develop, review and modify training materials and other related products required for the successful delivery of the training sessions;
∎ Maintain a good record of the best practices, training modules, case studies, individual assignments and other related training materials;
∎ Liaise with external organizations to ensure the utilization of Training Centre;
∎ Collect feedback from participants and trainers to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement;
∎ Preparing reports to summarize training activities and outcomes;
∎ Maintain accurate records of training programs, including attendance, pre and post test answer sheet and evaluation sheet;
∎ Perform administrative tasks and assist Admin officer to run the Training Centre;
∎ Perform other relevant duties assigned by Supervisor.
