Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading Group of Companies involved in diversified business is looking a dynamic Training & Development professional under the department of Human Resource Management.
∎ As a mentor/trainer, you will be responsible to deliver training to the enrolled staffs and to build them as a professionally skilled person in knit garments and help to build their career in RMG sector.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Advance knowledge in marketing is an added advantage.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with good presentation skills.
∎ Should be motivating, encouraging, positive, patient and empowering.
∎ Accurate, fast keying skills and sound knowledge of computer applications. Proven ability to collect and manage information efficiently and accurately.
∎ Able to quickly understand both the learner's and company's needs and able to adjust priorities in accordance with the learner and team needs.
∎ Be able to provide honest, accurate, appropriate feedback, good ethical judgment, and work under pressure. Driven to be challenged, develop and expand own skills.
∎ Mature: Professional, and yet approachable. Mentors must be willing to share their knowledge and should have a wide range of experience.
∎ Able to interact and deal with people from all levels and all backgrounds.
