Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take instructions and suggestions from management and supervisors to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
∎ Design effective training programs
∎ Conduct individual and group training sessions
∎ Interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
∎ Prepare materials, modules, summaries etc.
∎ Support and mentor new employees
∎ Keep training and other related records
∎ Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
∎ Monitor employee response to training
∎ Ensure employees technical skills needed to perform the job efficiently
∎ Assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development program
∎ Create Manuals for different processes

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should be able to understand and motivate people
∎ Should enjoy traveling

Salary: Negotiable
