Educational Requirements:
∎ Post graduate degree in Development Studies, Social Science or any other relevant discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and develop training courses and subsequent manuals/modules through TNA
∎ Organize, conduct and facilitate training, workshop, orientation program and support Field Coordinator/Area Coordinator in organizing and facilitating training courses
∎ Participate in different trainings, meetings and workshops organized by the project as required
∎ Prepare and submit training reports periodically
∎ Follow up the impact of trainings at community, UP and Paurashava levels and collect best practices
∎ Establish linkage/network with government, non-government organizations (including training providing organization) for acquiring better assistance
∎ Report directly to the Training Expert and carry out all responsibilities assigned by the supervisor as required by the project/organization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Expertise in the area of Training Needs Assessment
∎ Module/Keynote development, training facilitation
∎ Computer literacy on MS office, report writing, document preservation, advocacy, etc.
∎ Sound knowledge on community management, WatSan and local governance will be preferred
∎ The Training Officer should have completed a basic TOT from a reputed training organization
∎ Must have valid motorcycle driving license
Salary:
∎ Tk. 33700 (Monthly)
∎ Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Travel Allowance, Health Insurance, Hospitalization and Leave Benefits will be entitled as per organizational policy.
