Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science and Education or any related discipline (essential)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as the Focal Point for all Learning and Development (L&D) activities and resources within the project
∎ Share all required L&D tools & online training materials or links with staff, and provide guidance in their usage
∎ Organize monthly meetings with in-house Facilitators (SANOU, TOST, TOT, FMC2 & others) from the project to motivate their activity & involvement in L&D.
∎ Develop training modules on assigned subjects & facilitate the training according to the needs of the project
∎ Provide direct support to staff on soft skills including: communication skills, providing feedback, team management, and others
∎ Organize, deliver & coordinate SANOU trainings, L&D Briefings, and Onboarding of new hires, in collaboration with all relevant departments
∎ Support all supervisors & managers on Gap analysis & SMART objective setup
∎ Guide staff and supervisors on performance reviews (share evaluation Form, remind staff & supervisors about upcoming evaluations, observe and provide feedback to supervisors during performance reviews
∎ Responsible for collecting training reports, and preparing Training Activity Reports, Training Database, and other reports as requested, and ensure proper distribution of information to the relevant and individuals
∎ Conduct exit Interviews for all departing staff & share feedback with the project HR Manager & relevant departments on a monthly basis

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 year experience in a teaching, training, or coaching position (essential)
∎ Experience working with Adult Learners (strongly desired)
∎ Previous experience working in a paramedical or public health environment (desired)
∎ Previous experience with MSF or another NGO (desired)

Salary:
∎ Tk. 52730 - 63276 (Monthly)
∎ Salary according to level five (5) of the internal MSF salary grid (BDT 52730 Gross). 2 annual leave days per month worked. Medical insurance for employee and direct dependents
