Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the maintenance, servicing, and repair of company vehicles.
∎ Ensure the proper utilization and tracking of company vehicles.
∎ Maintain accurate records of fuel usage, vehicle mileage, and service history.
∎ Assist in planning and coordinating transportation schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
∎ Help assign vehicles and drivers for company operations based on requirements.
∎ Ensure compliance with local transportation laws and regulations.· Conduct periodic safety training for drivers and transport staff.
∎ Maintain and update all necessary licenses, permits, and insurance.· Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising company drivers.
∎ Address driver-related issues and enforce discipline among transport staff.
