∎ Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 2 years sales or customer service experience within a corporate environment.Additional Requirements:
∎ Age bracket: 20 to 35 years.
∎ Fluent in English, possessing outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
∎ Prior sales, customer service or Travel industry background.
∎ Willingness to work night shifts from 6:30 pm to 3 am 2 days per week, secure Accommodation will be provided
∎ Familiarity with travel industry products, services, and system will be an advantage
∎ Meticulous attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-paced setting.
∎ Strong problem-solving acumen and decision-making skills.
∎ Capacity to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.
∎ Ability to thrive under pressure.
∎ Send out quotes to international clients
∎ Uphold a standard of excellence in customer service, ensuring utmost client satisfaction.
∎ Maintain precise records of client interactions and transactions.
∎ Remain abreast of evolving trends within the travel industry and sustain comprehensive product knowledge.
∎ Collaborate closely with team members to meet sales targets and objectives.
