Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ • Strong English communication skill is a must.
∎ • Portfolio of UI/UX design projects.
∎ • Experience with desktop and native UI/UX is a plus.
∎ • Experience in working with an international user base.
∎ • Up-to-date knowledge of design software: Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin.
∎ • Clear understanding of design fundamentals: Typography, Color, Contrast, Visual Hierarchy, Spatial Relationships.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work closely with clients, teams, and developers to understand project requirements.
∎ Investigate and analyze to find the main issues and create user-friendly designs.
∎ Create practical solutions using wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
∎ Share designs in meetings, gather feedback, and make improvements.
∎ Test designs to ensure they meet client goals and provide a good user experience.
∎ Collaborate with the product team to stay aligned with the project plan.
∎ Develop and refine design systems based on evolving project needs.
∎ Maintain consistent and appealing design standards throughout the application.
∎ Guide and support junior designers through training sessions and feedback.
