Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE or Bachelor in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with Software Engineers to create a clean and elegant UI while maintaining an intuitive and concise UX.
∎ Design UI mockup, site flows, wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
∎ Participate actively in discussions, presentations and decisions about UI/UX.
∎ Collaborate with the stakeholders, the users, the build team and other development partners to implement state of the art user experiences.
∎ Act as the impulse by providing clear guidance to the team's questions during implementation phases.
∎ Perpetually demonstrate expertise UI/UX design both in discussion and practice.
∎ Design and manage style guidelines between mobile and Desktop.
∎ Identify and troubleshoot UX Problems (e.g responsiveness).
∎ Test applications for usability in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Build a user-centred design process and culture at Visual Lease that puts our clients' needs at the centre of everything we do.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-3 years' experience in UI/UX information architecture, web and mobile design.
∎ Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user experiences.
∎ Expert in mobile and desktop optimized design practices.
∎ Highly proficient with design & prototyping tools. Photoshop & Adobe illustrator is necessary.
Salary: Negotiable
