Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on user experience.
∎ Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
∎ Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior.
∎ Translate research findings into effective design solutions and workflows.
∎ Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation.
∎ Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
∎ Maintain and enhance design systems and component libraries in Figma.
∎ Conduct usability testing to validate design solutions and improve user experiences.
∎ Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
