Job Context:
∎ Partners in Health and Development (PHD) is a Bangladeshi development organization has been working in the public health sector for last 32 years and currently implementing different projects in 21 districts. PHD intends to hire a competent Project Coordinator (PC) for Save the Children managed and BMZ funded "BDG Strengthening resilience and social cohesion of Rohingya and host communities in Cox`s Bazar through integrated social services and improved livelihoods" in Ukhiya and Teknaf of Cox`s Bazar district.
∎ Job objective: To effective implementation of the planned project activities at Union & Community level and provide day to day supervision, monitoring and guidance to the CHWs in achieving the proposed activities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to the Field Coordinator and work with her/him for implementation of Project activities successfully
∎ Support to Psychosocial Counsellors to perform their responsibility effectively and efficiently.
∎ Supervise and Monitor Community Health Workers (CHWs) work and provide necessary support and feedback to perform their roles and responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
∎ Close collaboration with union level GoB staffs and other stakeholders
∎ Arrange meeting/Session at community level
∎ Assist CHWs in preparing their individual operation plan and reporting
∎ Prepare and submit monthly report based on the data from the CHWs
∎ Support to organize street drama, folk songs, film show at Community level under the Upazila by engaging interactive theatre group and relevant actors to mobilize the community people on SRHR and GBV.
∎ Any other assignment given by the PHD Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ At least 4 years of experiences in the implementation of Maternal, Child, reproductive, Nutrition and mental health project (s)
∎ Good interpersonal skills and working in diverse teams.
∎ Good speaking and writing skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Ability to work in demanding situation
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 32000 (Monthly)
