Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Denim Washing (Dry Process), Good communication skills, Team leading ability
Job Context:
∎ Candidate should have relevant experience in Dry process Quality Control in any reputed washing factory.
∎ Graduation in the Textile/Wash Technology discipline will be added advantage.
∎ Should be agreeable for shifting duty.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check the pattern whatever it is ok or not based on the counter sample/Green Tag sample of the whisker.
∎ Follow up and maintain the exact quality passing based on the standard of every process.
∎ Check the pattern depending on every style and, if necessary, consult with the production manager regarding the correction of the pattern.
∎ Ensure the proper sandpaper based on the style.
∎ Find out the problem of the various issues and rectify with the discussion of the production manager.
∎ Follow up the proper system of all processes of dry.
∎ Instruct the quality team to get the quality work from them.
∎ Provide the proper instruction when it is the new style or buyer.
∎ Prepare the hourly/daily quality report and send it to reporting supervisor.
∎ Prepare the quality plan for both shifts and manage to achieve that.
∎ Discuss with the Quality Head regarding quality and get information and instruction from him to get ultimate quality.
∎ Supervise and follow up with fellow QC personnel.
∎ Attend the production meeting, get information for the upcoming order, and set the target.
∎ Keep ready the team to achieve the ultimate stratification of Buyer.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Textile Engineering/Wet Processing background will be preferred.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Negotiation will be relaxed for deserving candidates.
