Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Program Oversight: Provide overall supervision and strategic direction for bank’s Privilege Banking Program.
∎ Proposition Development: Design and introduce new value propositions tailored to the evolving needs of Privilege clients.
∎ Business Growth Support: Assist Privilege Centers in acquiring new clients and expanding portfolio size across locations.
∎ Portfolio Allocation: Oversee the assignment and reallocation of client portfolios across different Privilege Centers.
∎ Client Due Diligence & Audit: Lead client-level due diligence exercises and manage internal audits for the Privilege Banking Department.
∎ Performance Monitoring: Track, evaluate, and guide the performance of Privilege Relationship Managers (RMs) against set KPIs.
∎ Project Leadership: Drive both technical and non-technical projects relevant to the enhancement of Privilege Banking operations and service delivery.
