Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct regular classes and workshops focused on UX/UI principles, design thinking, and tools.
∎ Teach industry-standard software, including:
∎ Guide students through hands-on projects, portfolio building, and real-world UX/UI challenges.
∎ Support the curriculum development and continuously update course materials to match industry trends.
∎ Mentor students individually, offering feedback and advice to improve their skills and career readiness.
∎ Collaborate with the operations team to manage batch schedules and ensure smooth class management.
∎ Contribute design expertise to internal projects when necessary.
∎ Maintain documentation including attendance, student progress reports, and feedback.
∎ Support the Marketing & Sales team in promotion for the upcoming batches.
