Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure electronic payments (BEFTN, Fund transfer).
∎ Ensure timely preparation of cheque for vendors.
∎ Ensure regular update of cheque register.
∎ Ensure regular update of vendor MIS database.
∎ Ensure Tax & VAT deduction from vendor payment as per govt. rules
∎ Ensure timely preparation of VAT & AIT Certificate for vendor.
∎ Ensure timely deposit of deducted Tax & VAT to govt exchequer.
∎ Ensure completeness of vouchers/bills according to IPDC internal policies.
∎ Ensure monthly all relevant expense and assets provision from respective dept.
∎ Advance adjustment, preparation of advance reconciliation and advance adjustment follow-up.
∎ Vendor payable ledger reconciliation and payable adjustment.
∎ Preservation of all payment voucher in synchronized order.
∎ Ensure regular upload of documents in Docu-dex server for electronics archive.
∎ Ensure budgetary control over expense and assets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The incumbent must have strong organizational skill to collate, organize, effectively communicate, input and store information for all finance related expenses, particularly into Microsoft Office packages, such as MS Excel.
∎ The incumbent must maintain professional relationship with all vendors/clients of IPDC.
∎ The incumbent must be a strong and motivated team player with excellent attention to detail.
∎ The incumbent must comply with IPDC as well as NBR, Bangladesh Bank's guidelines at all times.
∎ Excellent coordination skill is also required for following-up with all duties assigned and levels of expenses incurred by the Company.
∎ Ability of multi-tasking is a must in this position.
