Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to achieve company objectives, including revenue growth, market expansion, and operational efficiency.
∎ Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
∎ Oversee all aspects of freight and logistics operations, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, adherence to safety regulations, and timely delivery of goods.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and negotiate contracts with customers, suppliers, and service providers to drive revenue growth.
∎ Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and implement cost-saving initiatives to maximize profitability and efficiency.
∎ Clearly communicate organizational goals to management; support allocation of resources as needed to meet objectives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ 15+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management in a large corporate (preferably multinational), 10+ years of relevant experience in the freight and logistics industry preferably in senior leadership roles within a multinational environment.
∎ You are a professional who demonstrates strong leadership and excellent teamwork across functions.
∎ Strong knowledge of domestic and international freight operations, supply chain management, and logistics processes.
∎ Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 719000 - 719500 (Monthly)
∎ Car facilities
