We have expanded our business in different location in Bangladesh, that's why looking for the competent, experienced individuals for its different departments (i.e. Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Poultry, Dairy & Cattle, Food, Farm, Hatchery, Feed Mill, IT, Purchase, Production, Sales & Marketing and Accounts):
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ Responsible of the production department of C. P. Bangladesh Co. Ltd (Feed Mill Unit - 3).
∎ Look after the Feed Management & Technical Service, fish feed production, cost control.
∎ Farm waste reduction, employee satisfaction & other KPIs, growth management.
∎ Reducing the size of raw materials into a fine powder for better digestibility and even nutrient distribution.
∎ Ensuring all ingredients are thoroughly and uniformly blended in the correct proportions.
∎ Compressing the feed mixture into pellets of appropriate size and stability for the fish to consume efficiently, reducing waste. This often involves conditioning with steam, pelleting with a mill, cooling, and drying.
∎ For higher-quality feeds, extrusion cooks and shapes the feed under high pressure and temperature, potentially enhancing its nutritional profile and digestibility.
∎ Applying oils and other nutrients after extrusion for added nutritional value.
∎ Verifying the fish feed quality and nutrient content of incoming ingredients.
∎ Regularly monitoring the fish feed during production to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards.
∎ Analyzing fish feed samples for nutrient content, moisture levels, and potential contaminants.
∎ Conducting regular inspections for physical characteristics like pellet size, shape, and durability.
∎ Identifying potential hazards and establishing critical control points to ensure fish feed safety.
∎ Ensuring feed is stored in cool, dry places to extend shelf life and prevent spoilage.
∎ Must have production technical aspect, cost analysis, management & cost saving, corporate issue and the database of the software.
∎ Maintain training schedule for subordinate stuff & time to time report to HR dept.
∎ Should have the positive mentality and impression to take more responsibility aligned with the department, if required.
∎ Must do others job beyond accounting responsibility as per management requirement.
∎ Knowledge and understanding of Thai language will be an additional advantage.
