Job Context:
∎ Faith International School & College is looking for a Vice-Principal for its Kuril branch (Under National Curriculum).
∎ Who feel eligible according to the conditions, are encouraged to apply.
∎ Job Location: Ka-25/3, Kuril, Progati Sarani, Dhaka- 1229.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure objective and qualitative improvement of the school and smooth increase of students.
∎ Ensure preparation of lesson plans, teaching materials and developing the curriculum according to class/students standard.
∎ All academic responsibilities related to students exam, parents dealing and other duties as the position requires.
∎ Monitor each student individually and influence them to learn Sunnah, discipline, manner and as well as with their lessons.
∎ Observe employee performance, record observations, and conduct evaluation of all associates.
∎ Comply with government rules and regulations that might affect the institute.
∎ Ensure compiling and documentation of all physical and computerized reports, records, and other documents and timely report to the appropriate authority.
∎ Develop yearly budget based on documented program needs, estimated enrollment, personnel, and other fiscal needs
∎ Active participation in school & College events etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Experience of serving as Principal/ Vice-Principal in any recognized school & College.
∎ Having strong administrative quality
∎ Experience on Board related activities.
∎ Sound knowledge on board Examination such as PEC, JSC, S.S.C & H.S.C. etc.
∎ Fluency in both spoken & written English is required. Arabic language will be additional qualification for the post of Vice-Principal.

Salary: Negotiable
