∎ Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Having overall responsibility for the management of the School's
∎ programs of teaching and research and the implementation of the School's academic policy.
∎ All academic responsibilities related to student's exam, parents dealing and other duties as required.
∎ Developing a strategic plan for the School, in consultation with the School Executive/Teachers, including the preparation of a staffing and resource plan.
∎ Engaging the staff & teachers of the School in devising and agreeing the School's plan.
∎ Ensuring the regular review, evaluation and development of programs offered by the School.
∎ Implementing decisions of Directors and the supply of information in accordance with Board and/or Council directions.
∎ Prepare an annual report in agreement with the School's Executive Committee and for consideration by the School Committee.
∎ Other duties as may be assigned by the Directors.
∎ NEW BLOWN is a renowned educational institution located in Tongi, Gazipur. It offers English and Bengali mediums up to the SSC level, following the National Curriculum of Bangladesh. With two campuses in the Tongi area, the school caters to approximately 1,500 students, supported by a dedicated team of around 100 dynamic teachers.
