Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create high-quality, value-packed video content.
∎ Conduct live product review sessions.
∎ Own the entire video content creation process- from brainstorming ideas and writing scripts, to shooting, screen recording, editing, and publishing.
∎ Write compelling and high-quality video descriptions, including engaging banner and SEO titles, social posts. etc
∎ Collaborate with your Team lead and video team on video strategy development and execution.
∎ You will be a key player in managing relationships with weDevs Development, Marketing, and Support Teams to execute on assignments and collaborative projects.
∎ Research SEO keywords to use throughout our channels and marketing materials.
∎ Collaborate Design Team to get engaging visual elements you need including thumbnails.
∎ Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in our marketing efforts.
∎ Monitor daily performance metrics to understand overall impact and outcomes.
∎ Efficiently communicate with other teams to align goals.
∎ Prepare monthly reports and competitor analysis.
∎ Collaborate with Content Writers and Social Media strategists to execute promotional plans.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Two years of experience in successfully creating and editing video content.
∎ You're an educator at heart with a passion for video creation.
∎ Advanced editing experience of tools like Camtasia and screen flow. etc
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ You can take technical concepts and explain them in an easy to grasp way.
∎ Love the WordPress community, engaging on social media, etc
∎ You're good at managing multiple projects, with various deadlines.
∎ Love creating a plan and executing on that plan but also love to pitch new ideas.
∎ You have the ability to deploy an effective video strategy to ensure desired growth.
∎ You're an action taker, doing things right the first time, and love to face new challenges.
∎ Performing as a team player and having a willingness to learn is essential.
∎ A Team player, who prefers team performance over his/her personal achievements.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 50000 (Monthly)
