∎ Ray Advertising is searching for a driven and articulate Creative Video Editor (Short-Form Content)
∎ Position Overview:
∎ Are you a passionate and detail-oriented Video Editor who loves creating scroll-stopping content? We’re a performance marketing agency seeking a skilled editor to join our creative team and help craft high-performing short-form videos (15–60 seconds) for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
∎ Shift timings: Full Time Monday to Saturday 6pm to 3am BST (timing is non-negotiable)

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ • Edit short-form videos for social media campaigns
∎ • Trim and organize raw clips into engaging stories
∎ • Add smooth transitions, text overlays, subtitles, and sound effects
∎ • Sync visuals with voiceovers and background music
∎ • Adapt content to align with trending formats and platform best practices
∎ • Collaborate with our creative team to bring new ideas to life
∎ • Ensure consistent style, branding, and quality across all videos
∎ • Meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

∎ Key Qualifications:
∎ • Proven experience editing social media videos (15–60 seconds)
∎ • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing tools
∎ • Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual flow
∎ • Eye for design, typography, and social media aesthetics
∎ • Up-to-date with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook video trends
∎ • Ability to take feedback positively and improve quickly
∎ • Excellent communication and time management skills.
∎ • Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
∎ • Understanding of hooks, CTAs, and video ad psychology
∎
