∎ Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro & Adobe Audition & Adobe After effects.
∎ Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.Intermediary level of skill on DSLR Camera operation.
∎ Creative mindset with excellent storytelling skills and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
∎ A portfolio showcasing previous video editing work is required.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
∎ Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals, requirements, and timelines.Implement visual effects, graphics, and animations to enhance video quality and impact.
∎ Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content.
∎ Edit raw video and still footage to create polished, visually appealing content with seamless transitions, engaging graphics, and professional effects.
∎ Ensure all video and multimedia content aligns with the company’s branding guidelines.
∎ Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute creative video strategies tailored to real estate audiences.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement creative ideas to enhance content quality.
∎ Color correction and grading to enhance visual appeal.
∎ Incorporate music, sound effects, and voiceovers as needed.
∎ Handle multiple video and design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
∎ Utilize tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Da Vinci, and After Effects to create engaging multimedia content.
∎ Flexible for traveling anywhere in Bangladesh for video shoot.
