∎ Software Proficiency: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve (preferred), Cinema 4D or other 3D animation software (bonus)
∎ Design & Animation Skills: Solid grasp of typography, composition, and color theory.
∎ Expertise in creating engaging 2D motion graphics and animations for digital marketing.
∎ Video Production Skills: Professional-level video editing including cutting, transitions, syncing audio/voiceovers.
∎ Experience producing content optimized for social media engagement.

∎ Work closely with the marketing team to design social media graphics that align with brand guidelines and are optimized for engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and others.
∎ Create motion design posters that add a dynamic touch to standard posts, helping increase user engagement and interaction on social media pages.
∎ Utilize modern video effects, transitions, and animations to make posters stand out and encourage more interaction with followers.
∎ Edit recorded videos, adding professional-grade motion graphics, transitions, and effects to create compelling video content.
∎ Produce short, engaging video clips for digital marketing campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials, using both existing footage and newly shot content.
∎ Integrate motion design elements into video content to ensure a high-quality, polished look that resonates with the target audience.
∎ Design and animate 2D characters, logos, and elements for digital marketing campaigns and videos.
∎ Incorporate animations into video projects and promotional materials for an enhanced viewer experience.
