∎ Age 25 to 60 years
∎ Minimum 3 to 6 years experience as a Cameraman for TV Drama/News/Documentary/Talk Show/Podcast.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate closely with the MTI team to grasp project objectives and vision.
∎ Travel within designated regions to conduct interview stories.
∎ Ensure the production of high-quality footage, emphasizing visual aesthetics and audio clarity.
∎ Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices proficiently to achieve desired results.
∎ Employ creative framing techniques to convey a calm and emotional tone in freedom fighters' interviews.
∎ Foster a comfortable and supportive environment for freedom fighters during filming sessions.
∎ Adhere to project timelines and deliver completed footage promptly.
∎ Ensure that videography is delivered on time and meets the highest standards of quality as per company brand guidelines.
∎ Collaborate with producers, directors, and other creative professionals to deliver the best possible results.
∎ Provide feedback and creative guidance to junior videographers and assist them with their development.
∎ Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in videography and production.
∎ Manage and maintain videography equipment and software, troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.
∎ Demonstrable experience as a cinematographer, showcasing your proficiency and artistic vision.
∎ Proficiency in operating various cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording equipment.
∎ Strong grasp of composition, lighting techniques, and narrative storytelling principles.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and subjects.
∎ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team environment.
∎ Willingness to travel within your designated region as required by project needs.
∎ Exceptional time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met consistently.
∎ Access to reliable transportation for travel to filming locations (a plus)
∎ Freedom Fighters should be interviewed by themselves in the absence of the producer or director to provide the best possible results.
