∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fine Arts, Master of Arts (MA) in Fine Arts
∎ Familiarity with IB (International Baccalaureate) programs
∎ Experience with STEAM education
∎ Familiarity of the Reggio Emilia Educational Philosophy
∎ Training/Trade Course: Art,Drama,Dance
∎ Skills Required: Art & Sketch, Communication, Drama/ Movie/ Cinema, Flexibility and Adaptability, Music/ Dance, Performing Arts, Visualization
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Education, Education and Training, ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOL, International school, School Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Objectives:
∎ Co-operating with the Principal and other teachers on the preparation and development of courses of study, teaching materials, teaching programmes, methods of teaching and assessment.
∎ Develop and implement Visual and Performing Arts Curriculum to meet the school curricula requirements.
∎ Plan classes and appropriate assignments according to course prerequisites.
∎ Introduce techniques and procedures for visual and performing arts.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Identify, prepare and accomplish clear teaching and learning goals.
∎ Creates lesson plans by utilising aligned curriculum standards that drives instruction through different forms of assessments and include differentiation.
∎ Integrates and uses available technology/instructional media to enhance students’ learning experiences.
∎ Establish a safe, secure and supportive environment in which children can learn and practice appropriate and acceptable individual and group behaviours.
∎ Partner and communicate with students and parents to support, guide and share the student’s academic growth through assessment, written reports and constructive feedback.
∎ Organise co-curricular and extra-curricular classes for students.
∎ Day-to-Day Activities
∎ Demonstrate mastery of related subject matter, instructional skills, and resource materials.
∎ Provide activities and opportunities appropriate to the developmental levels and learning styles of the students.
∎ Identify SEN (special education needs), EAL (English as an additional language) and GT (gifted and talented students) and ensure their needs are met through differentiation.
∎ Provide consistent, time appropriate feedback to student learning.
∎ Provide a variety of assessments and uses assessments for planning and instruction in the classroom.
∎ Compile and prepare individual assessments for each student, and provide written reports to the parents and the school.
∎ Maintain a clean, organized and presentable classroom at all times.
∎ Attend and participate in staff meetings and extra-curricular/school-related activities and committees.
∎ Commit to continuous professional growth and work with school management to formulate and achieve professional development goals.
∎ Participate and contribute to the evaluation of the program’s goals and objectives, and help improve as and where required.
∎ Participate and contribute towards any accreditation process that the school requires.
∎ Cover for absent colleagues as and when required by the school management.
∎ Any other roles and/or duties as assigned by the school management from time to time.
∎ Inform the school management of any problems, conflicts or program concerns as soon as they arise in written.
