Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide excellent customer services that promote satisfaction
∎ Serving food and beverages in a professional manner with high levels of customer service.
∎ Setting and cleaning tables and service areas.
∎ Dealing with customer complaints & informing customers of daily specials.
∎ Checking with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
∎ Presenting menus to customers and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request and explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
∎ Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area & removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
∎ Greet and escort customers to their tables & serving food and/or beverages to patrons; prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
∎ Check food and beverages for quality and presentation before serving to guest.
∎ Serve food and beverage to guests.
∎ Read, count and write to complete all documentation
∎ Receive guest payments and process transactions.
∎ Must recognize a problem when it arises and be able to resolve it appropriately by using good judgment, tact and initiative according to company policy and procedure.
∎ Work successfully as part of a team, while under pressure
∎ Take customer orders and relay this to the kitchen.
∎ Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guideline
∎ Perform any other duties as directed by immediate Manager.

∎ Must be able to communicate and understand in English and Bengali.
∎ Must be smart & good looking.
