Educational Requirements:
∎ SSC/HSC
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: F&B Service Basic Training

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greeting guests and taking food orders.
∎ Describing menu items and suggesting food to guests.
∎ Taking meal and beverage orders from guests and place these orders in the kitchen.
∎ Ensuring the ordered food is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests.
∎ Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food.
∎ Checking that guests are satisfied with their meal.
∎ Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area.
∎ Preparing the bill for tables when requested.
∎ Receiving and process payments (cash and cards).
∎ Other duties will be assigned by the department head/management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service, team work
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Hotel, Resort, Restaurant
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Physical strength, Physical stamina, Attention to detail, Ability to multitask, Written and Verbal Communication skills, Guests service skills, Teamwork, Ability to work under pressure, Positive attitude, Upsell mindset, Good appearance and a happy, friendly personality.
