Education:
∎ HSC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, SSC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Diploma
∎ SSC or HSC passed. Diploma in Electrical or Technical Training is a plus.
∎ Able to do simple repairs and installations.
∎ Good attitude, good team spirit, and willingness to help.

∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Someone who has basic knowledge of electrical repair or has done a technical course/diploma.
∎ Experience with repairing air conditioners, fridges, or other electric devices is a plus.
∎ Comfortable using a smartphone, WhatsApp, and basic computer programs.
∎ Can read and understand simple English.
∎ Is organized, polite, and ready to learn.
∎ Has the attitude to do any assigned jobs which are not in this job area.

∎ Your Profile (What Type of Person We Are Looking For)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Help pack and deliver air purifiers and other products to customers.
∎ Use mobile apps like eCourier and Pathao to arrange and track deliveries.
∎ Do simple repairs and maintenance of air purifiers (training will be provided).
∎ Keep the store area clean and organized.
∎ Help check and record stock in the warehouse.
∎ Use basic computer tools like Excel or Word to keep notes or update data.
∎ Help with email or WhatsApp messages if needed.
∎ Assist customers in Bangla and simple English when needed.
∎ Support the team with any other tasks given by the manager.
∎ Do delivery packing, load-unload warehouse products when and if necessary.
