Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Inspecting deliveries for damage or discrepancies.
∎ Unloading trucks.
∎ Verifying and recording incoming inventory.
∎ Organizing products systematically.
∎ Labeling items with barcodes or SKU numbers.
∎ Ensuring items are stored safely and efficiently.
∎ Keeping accurate records.
∎ Performing regular stock counts (cycle counting or full inventory audits).
∎ Using warehouse management systems (WMS).
∎ Picking items based on order slips.
∎ Packing products securely.
∎ Labeling and preparing shipments.
∎ Coordinating with couriers or transport companies.
∎ Ensuring correct shipping documentation.
∎ Tracking outbound shipments.
∎ Following health and safety guidelines (e.g., OSHA standards).
∎ Maintaining a clean and hazard-free work area.
∎ Reporting or fixing broken equipment.
∎ Using forklifts, pallet jacks, or conveyor systems.
∎ Ensuring equipment is used properly and safely.
∎ Filing delivery receipts and shipping logs.
∎ Reporting shortages, overages, or damaged goods
