Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ Skills Required: Customer Relation, Customer Service, Customer Support

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing, maintaining and repairing Livpure Water Purifier systems and equipments.
∎ Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
∎ Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for water purification systems.
∎ Water purifier cleaning, adjusting, repairing, and performing warranty services.
∎ Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
∎ Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
∎ Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
∎ Ensuring compliance with appliance standards with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
∎ Complying with service standards, work instructions and user's requirements.
∎ Assisting with User's queries.
∎ Storage of all water purifier related products, tools and equipment by own responsibility.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
