∎ Higher secondary school, any Technical Diploma desirable

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Management of all logistic support to the WatSan implementation in the project.
∎ Ensuring that all equipment used by the WatSan team is routinely serviced and recording all services done.
∎ Supervision of all WHS works at the watsan workshop, RG, FSTP,UMS, guest houses, offices, clinics, heath posts, maintenance stores, and others facilities where watsan needs to intervent.
∎ Supervision of waste management, repair maintenance of waste zone area, disposal items send to Dhaka as per directions.
∎ Close collaboration with log base team to make sure all the WATSAN mechanical equipments are well functioning.
∎ Supervision of all Watsan technician, Watsan agents, skilled labors tasks are the parts of her responsibilities.
∎ Management of the grab stock ensuring that it is stored in a safe and adequate manner.
∎ Ensuring that the minimum level of the consumable stock for WatSan operations to continue as planned.
∎ Management of trucking contractors, ensuring the perioical maintenance of rental trucks,payment of the rental trcuks arrangements and ensuring that all trucking of materials is carried out in a safe and secure manner.
∎ Co-ordination of the WatSan fleet.
∎ Supervision of all necessary repairs of equipment and infrastructure supporting the WatSan operations in the Camp (in close cooperation with the O&M Supervisors and/or O&M Manager).
∎ Management of the water trucking/filling station for the Watsan and others department as per request.
∎ Management of fuel for generators,air compressor and pumps, monthly fuel consumption reporting updates and input to the online systems.
∎ Ensure the security and sefety measures of watsan workshop and other watsan facilities, if any security issues arise immediate report to the line and submit the incident report.
∎ Ensuring of water quality and the smooth supplies of water to the watsan facilities and greenlighted outside requests.
∎ Ensuring end of the month updates all stock report, physical inventory of the stock as per MSF warehousing policy and share with the relevant departments.
∎ During epidemic/pandemic situation, ensure RG facility's watsan IPC protocol implementation in close cooperation with all others stakeholders around.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least one year experience in WatSan activities in MSF or 2 years in a similar field out of MSF desirable
∎ Past supervisory experience will be useful.
∎ Strong practical experience in experience in water and sanitation desired

Salary:
∎ Tk. 64600 - 77520 (Monthly)
∎ Salary according to level six (06) of the internal MSF salary grid are 64,600 BDT gross. 2 annual leave days per month worked. Medical insurance for employee and direct dependents.
