∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Maintain roster-based office timing.
∎ Experience in a similar role within the telecommunications or mobile application industry for minimum 1 years will add value.
∎ Provide support during late nights and weekends.
∎ Proficiency in English (both written and verbal communication).
∎ Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge of HTML coding.
∎ Proficiency in working with various online systems and software.
∎ Availability for regular status meetings and updates with the project team.
∎ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
∎ Willingness to adhere to project timelines and deliverables.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and maintain a "can-do" attitude.
∎ Female resources are encouraged.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage local and global applications and websites.
∎ Oversee content management through App and Web Admin Panels or back-office systems.
∎ Configure and manage campaigns and offers via App and Web Admin Panels or back-office systems.
∎ Perform daily operational activities using App and Web Admin Panels or back-office systems.
∎ Configure and schedule push notifications.
∎ Resolve end-to-end customer complaints for applications and websites while adhering to proper SLA standards.
∎ Handle incident management for application and website issues.
∎ Prepare FAQs for various features, offers and campaigns.
∎ Conduct end-to-end pre- and post-live UAT for different product testing and perform post-live activities, including late-night operations.
∎ Provide support for Operations and QA teams in testing new and existing products or features for applications and websites.
∎ Offer technical support for mobile applications and websites.
∎ Troubleshoot technical issues, including those related to application functionality, user experience, and backend systems.
∎ Communicate effectively with internal teams and end-users.
∎ Document and track reported issues while implementing appropriate solutions and workarounds.
∎ Provide support during regular business hours and off-hours as required.
