Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ A Bachelor's degree or Diploma Degree in any discipline will be considered, with a preference towards candidates boasting a background in Design, Computer Science, or Information Technology.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ User Experience (UX) Design: Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that enhance user experience and engagement on websites or web applications.
∎ Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes and prototypes to visualize the layout and structure of web pages, ensuring effective user flow and information hierarchy.
∎ Graphic Design: Design graphics, icons, images, and other visual elements that align with the brand identity and enhance the aesthetics of the website.
∎ Typography and Color Selection: Choose appropriate typography and color schemes that contribute to the overall look and feel of the website, while maintaining readability and accessibility.
∎ Responsive Design: Design websites that are responsive and adaptable to different devices and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent and optimized experience across platforms.
∎ Collaboration: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and sometimes developers to understand project requirements, provide design insights, and incorporate feedback.
∎ UI Design Tools: Utilize tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or other design software to create mockups, prototypes, and design assets.
∎ Visual Consistency: Ensure visual consistency and adherence to design guidelines throughout the website, maintaining a cohesive user experience.
∎ Front-End Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to implement the design provided by the web designer. Focus on user interface and user experience aspects of the website.
∎ Back-End Development: Build server-side logic, databases, APIs, and other back-end components required for the functionality of web applications. Use languages like Python, PHP, Ruby, Node.js, etc.
∎ Web Development Frameworks: Utilize frameworks like React, Angular, Vue.js (for front-end) or Django, Ruby on Rails, Express.js (for back-end) to streamline development and enhance efficiency.
∎ Database Management: Design, create, and manage databases to store and retrieve data efficiently. This involves working with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
∎ Integration: Integrate front-end and back-end components to create a seamless user experience, ensuring that data flows appropriately between different parts of the application.
∎ Testing and Debugging: Thoroughly test and debug code to identify and fix issues, ensuring the functionality and security of the web application.
∎ Version Control: Use version control systems like Git to manage code changes, collaborate with other developers, and maintain a history of modifications.
∎ Performance Optimization: Optimize website performance by minimizing loading times, improving page speed, and optimizing code for efficiency.
∎ Security: Implement security measures to protect the website from vulnerabilities, data breaches, and other cyber threats.
∎ Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices to deliver high-quality and up-to-date solutions.
