Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ 1–2 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development/customization.
∎ Expertise in Elementor Pro, Divi, WooCommerce, and WordPress CMS.
∎ Strong portfolio showcasing responsive WordPress projects (company websites, landing pages, eCommerce sites).
∎ Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
∎ Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
∎ Knowledge of website optimization tools (e.g., Lighthouse, GTmetrix) and security protocols (SSL, backups).
∎ Familiarity with on-page SEO (meta tags, schema markup, speed optimization).
∎ Excellent English writing skills for content integration and client communication.
∎ Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and solve problems efficiently.
∎ WordPress Website Customization.
∎ Landing Page Expert in both Language - English and Bangla.
∎ Knowledge of On-Page SEO.
∎ Basic understanding of article writing.
∎ Artificial Intelligence (A.I)
∎ Team collaboration and agile workflow experience.
∎ Preferred Skills:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design, develop, and customize WordPress websites using Elementor Pro, Divi, and other page builders.
∎ Build responsive, user-friendly landing pages and eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce).
∎ Optimize website performance, speed, and security while ensuring seamless functionality.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress errors, plugin conflicts, and compatibility issues.
∎ Collaborate with designers and marketers to implement UI/UX principles and on-page SEO best practices.
∎ Maintain, update, and secure client websites, including backups and plugin management.
∎ Translate client requirements into visually appealing, functional websites.
∎ Develop custom themes/plugins and modify existing ones using PHP, HTML, CSS.
