Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Warmly greet and professionally welcome visitors, clients, and candidates.
∎ Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
∎ Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
∎ Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
∎ Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
∎ Maintain visitor logs and issue security badges as necessary.
∎ Provide basic information and respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and email.
∎ Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and filing.
∎ Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
∎ Ensure the front office security procedures are followed; and
∎ Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned by the management time to time.
