Responsibilities & Context:
∎ লেজার ওয়েল্ডিং মেশিন পরিচালনায় ন্যূনতম ২-৩ বছরের কাজের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ SS এবং MS এর কাজ সম্পর্কে বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ যন্ত্রাংশের রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ, সমস্যা নির্ণয় এবং সমাধানের প্রাথমিক দক্ষতা।ওয়েল্ডিং প্রক্রিয়া, ম্যাটেরিয়াল বৈশিষ্ট্য এবং ওয়েল্ডিং প্যারামিটার (পাওয়ার, ফোকাস, গ্যাস ফ্লো ইত্যাদি) সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান।
∎ ডিজাইন দেখে ফার্নিচার বানানোর বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ ফার্নিচারের ডিজাইন অনুযায়ী সঠিক মাপ, জয়েন্টের অবস্থান, এবং ওয়েল্ডিং বিন্যাস নির্ধারণে ব্লুপ্রিন্ট পড়ার অভিজ্ঞতা অপরিহার্য।
∎ ওয়েল্ডিং পরবর্তী ফিনিশিং যেমন স্যান্ডিং, পলিশিং, এবং প্যাসিভেশন প্রক্রিয়া জানতে হবে যাতে মেডিকেল ফার্নিচার হাইজিনিক ও এস্থেটিক মান বজায় থাকে।
∎ উচ্চমানের ওয়েল্ডিংয়ের জন্য সূক্ষ্ম নিয়ন্ত্রণ এবং সমন্বয় অপরিহার্য, যা মেডিকেল ফার্নিচারের নান্দনিকতা ও নির্ভুলতা নিশ্চিত করে।
∎ ওয়েল্ডিং চলাকালীন যেকোনো ত্রুটি দ্রুত চিহ্নিত করে তা সমাধানের দক্ষতা থাকা উচিত।
∎ লেজার ওয়েল্ডিং মেশিন পরিচালনায় ন্যূনতম ২-৩ বছরের কাজের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
