Job Context:

∎ Our team is looking for a talented and experienced Video Editor/Content Developer (E-Learning). You will be responsible for assembling recorded raw material into a finished product that meets the project`s vision and standards. The process includes reviewing footage, adding sound effects and music, and creating high-quality visual effects. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and a keen sense of detail to work with the creative team. A portfolio of completed projects and prior experience in video editing are required.
∎ Work Hours: 9.00 AM - 5.30 PM (5 and a half days a week)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and maintain projects & the company's website, including updating content, design changes, and functionality improvements.
∎ Both front-end and back-end development, including the implementation of themes and plugins. Managing database & server integration.
∎ Ensure that the website is user-friendly and responsive and that it meets all design and functionality standards.
∎ Analyze website traffic and performance data to identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize the website's performance.
∎ Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that the website supports the company's overall marketing and sales goals.
∎ Collaborate with web designers, developers, and other professionals to develop and implement new website features and functionality.
∎ Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, including hosting providers, content management system providers, and web analytics providers.
∎ Ensure that the website is compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and security regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 2-5 years of proven work experience as a WordPress developer with a track record of success in managing and optimizing websites.
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of experience on Themes & Plugins.
∎ Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
∎ Knowledge of code versioning tools including Git, Mercurial, and SVN.
∎ Knowledge of Vue.js would be plus.
∎ Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug.
∎ Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
∎ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze website data and performance metrics, and develop insights that inform strategic decisions.
∎ Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and other professionals.
∎ Experience with web analytics tools, content management systems, and other web technologies.
∎ Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions to complex problems.
