Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering/ Industrial & Production Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the pre-production activities i.e, input, accessories, machine/ folder/ attachment availability, operator selection, critical process analysis and discuss with senior and train the worker if needed
∎ New worker evaluation and recruitment and update skill inventory
∎ Set line target with discussing production team and do the production gap analysis
∎ Monitor hourly production and reduce production gap from target
∎ Do the time study, capacity study, production study
∎ Balance the production line and reduce the balancing loss
∎ Do the motion study and reduce wasteful motion
∎ Be present during style changeover, collect data and reduce changeover time
∎ Get NPT data and do the data analysis
∎ Do the root cause analysis of major defect and find the way to reduce it
∎ Implement 5S in the sewing line
∎ Do the process improvement
∎ Implement IE tools & technique
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Clear understanding on practical knowhow on bottom processes, automations, etc
∎ Worked in cutting and finishing section will add value
∎ Worked in Sample section will add value
∎ Computer knowledge with basic data analysis ability is compulsory
∎ Must have good communication skill and well behavior
