Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct Yoga, Zumba, and fitness classes for individuals or groups.
∎ Guide clients on proper techniques, breathing, and posture.
∎ Create customized workout plans based on fitness levels.
∎ Motivate and encourage participants to achieve fitness goals.
∎ Ensure safety and injury prevention during workouts.
∎ Maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere in classes.
∎ Track progress and provide fitness & wellness advice.
∎ Keep the workout area clean and organized.
