Educational Requirements:
∎ Recently completed Masters/ MBA/ post-graduation in Accounting or Finance from a reputed and renowned University/College possessing good academic results throughout the academic life (CGPA below 3.00 in the scale of 4.00 and not below 4.00 in the scale of 5.00)
∎ Demonstrated excellence on extracurricular activities

We work to offer clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene to underprivileged people globally, through convincing the governments to change laws, linking policy makers with people on the ground, pooling knowledge and resources, and rallying support from people and organisations from different corners of the world - altogether making lasting change happen on a massive scale.
∎ WaterAid is looking for a deserving, dynamic, passionate and self-driven applicants for the role of `Young Professional` for its country programme in Bangladesh who does not have any work experience but is willing to build up career in the development field with focus on Finance and Accounting.
∎ `Young Professional` (YP) does not mean a `staff` employed by WaterAid Bangladesh, this is a special programme through which WaterAid provides adequate support and opportunity through one year apprenticeship to the Bangladeshi young, fresh and talented aspirants having good academic background so that they can groom them up in the organizational environment, obtain relevant experience and can prepare themselves to contribute professionally in any organizational set-up.
∎ Engagement tenure: Fixed term - One (01) year
∎ Workstation: Country Office, Dhaka, Bangladesh
∎ Working hour: Full time (05 days in a week with minimum 37.5 hours per week)
∎ Eligible to apply: Any Bangladeshi national meeting above criteria
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age maximum 26 years as on 1ST January 2022
∎ Fresh or no job experiences
∎ Desired attributes:
∎ Written and verbal communication skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Traveling at different parts of the country as and when required
∎ Basic computer skill and hands on experience in MS Office
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Allowance: Monthly BDT 30,000 to 35,000 (consolidated; to be determined based on educational attainment)+ monthly cell phone allowance+ festival allowance.
