Educational Requirements:
∎ Recently completed Graduation/Post Graduation major in Economics or Development Studies from any reputed university at home or abroad.
∎ Excellent academic results throughout the academic life (no second class or corresponding scores in CGPA)
Job Context:
∎ Engagement period: 01 (One) year
∎ Working hour: Full time (05 days in a week with minimum 37.5 hours per week)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ WaterAid Bangladesh is an international, non-Government, not-for-profit organization, determined to make clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene normal for everyone, everywhere within a generation and is looking for a committed, highly motivated and self-driven 'Young Professional' who does not have any work experience and is willing to gain some experiences to build up career in the development field with focus to the programme implementation.
∎ 'Young Professional' (YP) does not mean a 'staff' employed by WaterAid Bangladesh, this is a special programme through which WAB provides adequate support and opportunity to the Bangladeshi young, fresh and talented aspirants having good academic background so that they can groom them up in the organizational environment, obtain relevant experience and can prepare themselves to contribute professionally in any organizational set-up.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Eligible to apply: Any Bangladeshi national meeting above criteria
∎ Age maximum 28 years as on 1ST January 2020
Salary:
∎ Monthly BDT 35,000 to 40,000 (consolidated) + monthly cell phone allowance + one festival allowance + health and life insurance
