Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking an experienced business leader to take full responsibility for an assigned unit. The ideal candidate should have 16 to 25 years of corporate experience, preferably in the Banking, Insurance, or Airlines industries, with a proven track record of managing large teams of no less than 200 members, including indirect team members. ∎ Below are the Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility of the Business Unit / Processes in the respective zone(s) with respect to process adherence, profitability, revenue, resource Planning & management, customer satisfaction etc.
∎ Direct responsibility for the Zone's profitability and achievement of revenue targets (EBIT) by the management.
∎ Control costs & manage budgets for the given zone.
∎ Consistently achieve the SLA's through process enhancement, monitoring key deliverables and tracking key indicators of the business for the region.
∎ Ensure compliance to standard operating procedures, policies and manuals within the zone.
∎ Ensure physical security and data security of business unit.
∎ Responsible for generating business leads to the Business Development team & maintain close relationship with existing clients.
∎ Conduct resource planning and allocation, manpower forecasting activities for the given zone/ region on a regular basis.
∎ Ensure conduct of Product & Process Training to all staff on a regular basis through coaching and development.
∎ Ensure employee satisfaction survey match company expectations.
∎ Adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization.
