∎ Strong knowledge of lubricant products and their applications in automotive, industrial, and commercial segments.
∎ Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a regional sales team to achieve business objectives.

∎ Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
∎ Strong decision-making capabilities with a customer-focused mindset.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic market environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement zonal sales strategies in alignment with overall company objectives.
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets by effectively leading a team of Territory Sales Officers/Executives.
∎ Build and manage relationships with key distributors, dealers, and bulk buyers within the zone.
∎ Monitor sales activities, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities in the lubricant sector.
∎ Conduct regular field visits to ensure proper market coverage and to support the sales team in closing key accounts.
∎ Supervise and guide team members through training, performance evaluation, and motivation to achieve individual and team goals.
∎ Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and brand-building activities within the zone.
∎ Prepare zonal sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis for senior management review.
∎ Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain credit control within company guidelines.
∎ Uphold high standards of customer satisfaction through prompt service delivery and issue resolution.
